Order process
STEP 1Please contact us via the form below.
After reading the terms of use, please consult us regarding the date, time, and location of the party.
*Please place your order at least 2 weeks before the event date.
STEP 2Quotation
Upon reviewing your request, we will send you an estimate via email.
STEP 3Meeting
After your approval of the estimate, we will discuss details about the menu and other matters via email or phone.
STEP 4Catering Day
From setup to the main event and cleanup, we will manage everything for you.
STEP 5Payment
We will send you an invoice, please make the payment within 1 week after the party.

Area
Within the city of Düsseldorf
*For cities outside of Düsseldorf, negotiation is required
Cancellation
The cancellation policy is as follows:
7 days to 3 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
2 days before to the day of the event: 100% cancellation fee
