These noodles then mature in our restaurant to impart their robust, unmistakable aroma to the soups.
You can savor our Ramen in various flavor profiles, all anchored by a robust broth. At Sapporo Nishiyama Noodle Mill, we craft medium-thick, smooth noodles made solely from the finest domestic wheat flour. These noodles are organically cultivated and of the highest quality. Combined with our respective spice pastes, they form our unique Takumi Ramen base. Additionally, these bases can be further enhanced according to individual tastes with a variety of different ingredients. Popular Ramen toppings include Teriyaki Chicken, fried chicken, shrimp, tofu, fish cake, and vegetables.
